About Springfield Township
Fire Department
The Springfield Township Fire Department has been serving the community since 1947. We provide primary Fire/EMS coverage for the citizens of Springfield Township. We began part time staffing in June of 2023.
Police Department
The Springfield Police Department is made up of ten full time officers including the Chief, Lieutenant, and Sergeant. We also have one K-9 within the department.
Road Department
Road Department
The Springfield Township Road Department handles all the care of township owned roads throughout Springfield. The road department consists of two full time employees and multiple pieces of equipment.
